1 to 2 Yards - Double Polished Clear Vinyl
Rotary Cutter and Mat
Marking Pencil or Water Solvent Pen
Tape Measure
Supplies for Quilting
Hook and Eyes (optional for Sheers)

Materials:

13-20 - Fat Quarters or Scraps
2 1/2 - Yards Background Fabric
2/3 - Yards Binding
2 1/2 - Yards Backing
Batting: Insul-Bright from the Warm Company or Twin Sizes batting
Bleached Cotton with Scrim from Hobbs
