When ordering by phone, you need have the following: order number, item description, quantity, price, your name, address (including city, state and zip), phone number, Visa or Master Card name, card number, expirations date and your e-mail address, We will confirm your order by email.

Print out Order Form. Print information clearly with a pen. Send with a cover page with a contact number. We can contact you if there is a problem with your order. Fax to 608-752-6933, and a return call or e-mail will be sent so you know that the fax was received

Money orders will be shipped 1-3 days from receipt (rush orders will be shipped next day and will require extra shipping charges), while merchandise purchased by check will be shipped upon check’s clearance by the bank.
