Online Shipping:

Add the items you wish to purchase to the shopping cart. You may pay with Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, e-checks, bank transfers or Pay Pal online.

Regular Orders:

Note: When ordering by phone, fax, or mail, we only accept Visa, Master Card or Discover card.

Phone:

When ordering by phone, you need have the following: order number, item description, quantity, price, your name, address (including city, state and zip), phone number; Visa, Master Card or Discover card name; card number, expiration date and your e-mail address, We will confirm your order by email.

Fax:

Print out Order Form. Print information clearly with a pen. Send with a cover page with a contact number. We can contact you if there is a problem with your order. Fax to 608-752-6933, and a return call or e-mail will be sent so you know that the fax was received

Mail:

Print out Order Form. Print information clearly with a pen. Please include check, money order or credit card information with the order form. Make the check or money order out to Mary L. Edwards and mail to:

Money orders will be shipped 1-3 days from receipt (rush orders will be shipped next day and will require extra shipping charges), while merchandise purchased by check will be shipped upon check’s clearance by the bank.
