Store Hours:
My online store is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year; I will answer your questions and concerns Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM Central Standard Time.
Conditions of Use:
The patterns are protected by federal copyright law which prohibits their reproduction and distribution by any means. Commercial use is prohibited without the prior written consent of Mary L. Edwards, Mary’s Creations. This also applies to free patterns.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax is applied on orders shipped to a Wisconsin address. Sales tax will be added automatically to your bill at the time of purchase whenever applicable. All prices and transactions are in US dollars.
Payment Options:
We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, e-checks, bank transfers or Pay Pal when purchasing online. Master Card and Visa only on purchases by phone, fax, mail or in person.

We value our customers and respect their privacy. It is our policy that all personal information is kept confidential. We will not sell, lease, or share our contact lists or your personal information in any form. We securely keep all addresses, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses in our office, not on the internet. Occasionally, you may receive a flyer announcing new patterns, products, or sales. Please contact us if you have concerns or questions.
Security:
All transactions are 100% safe and secure through Pay Pal.
Return Policy:
Patterns: To protect the designer’s work, patterns are not returnable under copyright law.
Products: Kits may be returned if completely unused, uncut, unopened condition in their original package at the price paid. Shipping and handling is not refundable. There is a 15% restocking fee on each item returned!
Shipping:
All shipments are subject to product availability and the location of delivery. Shipping price on large products such as room dividers are subject to location of delivery. Special shipping requests are subject to our approval. Actual freight charge may vary. Order is shipped within 24- 48 hours of receiving order.
Merchandise paid by money orders will be shipped 1-3 days upon receipt, while merchandise purchased by check will be shipped upon check’s clearance by bank.
